Grab your leash and join the Michigan Humane Society for the 12th Annual Mega March for Animals. The fundraiser will take place on Sunday, September 24, on Belle Isle State Park in Detroit.
Registration will begin at 9 a.m. The actual walk wil;l begin an hour later at 10 a.m. All pets are welcome. Leashes are required. They must also be up to date on their shots.
Money raised will help curb pet overpopulation, rescue animals from emergency situations and provide medical attention to injured animals.
