Empire Turkey Chili 

1 pound lean ground turkey 

2 tablespoon chopped garlic 

1 large white onion diced 

1 green pepper diced 

1 red pepper diced 

1 jalapeño diced 

1 -32 ounce can diced tomato 

1 -32 ounce can dark kidney beans or chili beans 

1 cup water 

2 tablespoons kosher salt 

2 tablespoons dark chili powder 

2 tablespoons light chili powder 

2 tablespoons ground cumin 

2 teaspoons coriander 

1 teaspoon chipotle purée 

1/2 cup barbecue sauce 

Brown turkey in Dutch oven, add diced vegetables and cook until tender. Add spices and cook for 10 minutes. Add beans, tomatoes, water, and bbq sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers, cheese, sour cream and onions.
