A man and woman were ticketed for performing sex acts on a Detroit-bound Delta flight.
We're told the man and woman, who were strangers, were on the flight from Los Angeles Sunday.
According to police, they had sex on the plane while in their seats.
The FBI is now investigating the incident.
Tracey Stulberg with the Birmingham Family Therapy clinic specializes in sex therapy.
She says this type of behavior is selfish.
"I'm not sure what they thought, they were just acting out. For them not to take a look at the people around them and think maybe we should do this somewhere else, it's really unacceptable," Stulberg says.
Delta declined to comment.
The FBI did not return our calls to see what law was actually broken.
