Only 7 Action News is in Washington D.C., interviewing members of Congress and the attorney for former Flint EM Darnell Earley.
Earley failed to appear before a House Committee - despite the issuing of a subpoena. His attorney tells 7 Action News the committee failed to give adequate time to prepare for a hearing.
He adds that Earley had no knowledge of any contaminated water during his tenure, and that he will be willing to answer questions soon.
