DETROIT (WXYZ) — The Detroit Police Department is looking to identify and locate a suspect wanted in connection to the death of a 15-year-old girl.
Police say on Sunday, October 16, 2016, at around 2 a.m., a small dark-colored vehicle was speeding in the 14000 block of Ardmore. Citizens told the driver to slow down.
The driver/suspect drove to the corner and fired a shot, striking the teen victim and fatally wounding her, police say.
Police describe the suspect as a man between the ages of 28 and 30, 6 feet tall and weighing 240 pounds. Police say the suspect is clean shaven with a medium brown complexion and has lined and low cut hair, as well as a black mustache and beard.
