“Her and her boyfriend go in this bank to rob a bank,” Garcia said. “They have a backpack with them and tell them they have a bomb in this backpack so they threatened they’re going to blow the place up unless they get the money.”

The boyfriend is behind bars. Floyd had been on the run.

The U.S. Marshals are creating a new team aimed at targeting criminals in Macomb County.

Ann Marie LaFlamme went for an exclusive ride along with DFAT East as they hunted down fugitives.

The new Detroit Fugitive Apprehension Team is focused on catching fugitives on metro Detroit’s east side.

“We do have individuals and groups that are coming on up here and terrorizing our citizens and robbing our businesses and when we can develop suspects and we need to go out and capture them before they commit another crime or they end up hurting somebody – this is the team that’s going to go out and get them,” Macomb County Sheriff Anthony Wickersham said.

Wickersham is teaming up with the U.S. Marshals to find their most wanted fugitives.

“Let’s face it, nobody hunts down fugitives like the United States Marshals Service,” Eastern District Marshal Robert Grubbs said. “We have tremendous resources all over the United States and the world.”
