At least we know Netflix has a sense of humor.
The streaming giant sent a firm -- yet very nerdy cease and desist letter to a Chicago-area “Stranger Things” pop-up bar.
The Logan Circle bar, on Milwaukee Ave. opened, “The Upside Down” bar in mid-August.
And Netflix’s legal team firmly and funnily asked the bar not to extend its 6-week run, ending in September, according to DNA Info.
“We’re not going to go full Dr. Brenner on you, but we ask that you please (1) not extend the pop-up beyond its 6 week run ending in September and (2) reach out to us for permission if you plan to do something like this again.”
