Detroit Police Officer Myron Jarrett, 40, was laid to rest Monday, a little over a week after he was killed by a hit and run driver who was allegedly high on crack cocaine.
Funeral services were held at Second Ebenezer Church on Detroit's east side where officers spoke highly of Jarrett who was promoted to the rank of Corporal.
Corporal Myron Jarrett leaves behind a wife and four children.
