The Detroit Fire Department says one person was killed in a house fire on the city's west side overnight.
We're told the home on Danbury St. went up in flames around 2 a.m. That's near just west of John R. between 7 Mile and State Fair.
Fire crews tell us that other people were inside the home but had to jump from windows to escape.
There isn't word on what caused the fire.
