Due to overwhelming demand, musician Paul McCartney has added a second show at Little Caesars Arena. This show is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 2, one day after the first show.
Tickets for the show will go on sale soon, according to Olympia Entertainment, but they do not give a specific date.
Tickets start at $59.50. You can snag them at OlympiaEntertainment.com, The Fox Theatre and Joe Louis Arena box offices and at Ticketmaster.com.
McCartney, 74, is currently touring in Tokyo this month. He has four more scheduled tour dates.
McCartney is a two-time inductee into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame both as a member of the Beatles, and as a solo artist. He also has won 21 Grammys.
His performances in Detroit have been limited in recent years. McCartney had a one-night only show in 2016 at the Joe Louis Arena as part of his “Out There” tour. Before 2016 he had not toured in Michigan since 2011.
