Police are trying to locate 71-year-old Grady Kindermon of Detroit.
He was last seen on Dec. 14 at 2:30 p.m. He was discharged from Sinai Grace Hospital and was supposed to be transported to a boarding home.
Kindermon reportedly refused to cooperate and walked out of the hospital.
He is described as 6 feet tall weighing 200 pounds, with a dark complexion, gray hair, gray scraggly mustache and beard.
He was last seen wearing a light blue and white baseball cap, mint green pants, dark colored full length trench coat with a beige waist length jacket underneath and gray suede Puma sneakers.
Police say he suffers from mental health issues, but is good physical condition.
