A 46-year-old man died of an apparent suicide while working at the construction site of the new Little Caesars Arena.
The man died after a 75-foot fall.
Police say EMS crews made a run to the area on Woodward Avenue near the Fisher Freeway around 8 a.m.
Medics transported him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
