Car crashes into Detroit homeowner's living room for fifth time

A homeowner in Detroit is demanding action after a car crashed into his living room on Saturday.

The crash happened on Woodbine Street on the city's west side.

He said he was in the basement when the car sped off the highway's off ramp and slammed straight through his window.

This is the fifth time his home has been hit, he said.

"It's very frustrating," the homeowner said. "I don't even want to sit in my living room."

The homeowner said he's asked the city to put up guardrails to keep his home from being hit, but was told no.
