It's been nearly a month since Detroit Police officer Myron Jarrett was killed in the line of duty.
The 40-year old father of four was killed by a hit and run driver on Oct. 28 after a traffic stop.
His wife, Sacha Jarrett, is still dealing with life after her husband, on the force for eight years.
Jarrett says, "He was the ultimate family man. He would always plan things without us even knowing. I just miss him."
She told Action News her heart skipped a beat Tuesday night, when she heard about the shooting of Wayne State University officer Collin Rose. Jarrett also tells us she keeps in contact with the wife of Kenneth Steil, the Detroit Police Sergeant who died in September, after being shot in the line of duty.
As for the man accused of killing her husband, she stresses, "I have no hate in my heart for that man." She went on to thank Detroit Police for standing by her side, and being there constantly for her four children.
