Former Detroit Tiger Francisco Rodriguez moved out of this Bloomfield Hills rental last fall, but his landlord claims, he caused more than $80,000 in damage to the house, furniture and other valuables.

"Major damage," says attorney Rima Elzein. "They have not been able to lease it or put it for sale until all the repairs are done."

Rodriguez earned the nickname K-Rod during his time with multiple major league teams. He was released by the Tigers and recently signed by the Washington Nationals to a minor league deal.

He was paying $10,000 a month to live in the home. A woman and three children were reportedly also living there.

But the lawsuit against him alleges he swiped everything from soap dishes and towels to expensive art.

The landlord's attorney has made contact with Rodriguez's management, but to no avail.

"We are in the process of serving him at this point," says Elzein.

We were unable to reach Rodriguez for comment.
