The Oakland County Sheriff's Office responded to a complaint about an indecent exposure at the 58000 block of Grand River Avenue on Friday in Lyon Township.
The complainant, a school bus driver, gathered with other bus drivers, observed a 31-year-old man standing naked in his doorway facing Grand River Avenue.
One of the parties who witnessed the incident said they knew the individual from prior contacts at school.
There were no minor children present during the incident.
After no response from knocking on the door, a deputy looked inside the residence and saw the man sitting on the couch.
He then got up and ran to the bathroom.
After making several attempts to speak to him failed, no further contact was made.
The incident remains under investigation and charges will be sought.
