WYANDOTTE, Mich. (WXYZ) — Michigan State Police say a body found in the Detroit River Monday morning has been identified as a man who disappeared in November.
The information was released in a series of tweets by the MSP Metro Detroit post's Twitter account.
Missing Person Update: On 11/20/18 troopers were dispatched to a abandoned vehicle on the MacArthur Bridge. USCG, DPD Harbor Master and MSP conducted a search and were not able to locate the missing driver, however some items of property were discovered floating in the river. pic.twitter.com/k4J58cahc2

An autopsy will be completed by the Wayne County Medical Examiner. The investigation is continuing pending the autopsy results.
