Report: Kentavious Caldwell-Pope lands $18 million deal with Lakers

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is heading west.

The former Pistons first rounder has a agreed to a one-year, $18 million contract with the Lakers, according to ESPN's Brian Windhorst.

Caldwell-Pope entered the offseason as a restricted free agent, but when the Pistons acquired Avery Bradley from the Celtics in a trade for Marcus Morris, they relinquished his rights.

The Pistons offered KCP a four-year, $80 million deal in October, according to Detroit Free Press writer Vince Ellis.
