A woman has died following a head-on crash around 2 a.m. this morning.
It happened at the corner of Chalmers and Mayfield on the city's east side.
Right now, officers are still trying to figure out what led up to the crash.
We're told one of the vehicles was possibly speeding at the time of the accident.
Police are not saying if anyone else was injured in the crash.
Both roads are closed in the area.
