"Very happy and honored," Gerin explained. "I'm happy I won the nomination and going into the general election, I know it's a different ballgame, right now."

This WWE wrestler has fought many people before, but he is getting ready to battle in a political ring.

As Rhyno, he is known to crush his opponents.

As Terrance Guido Gerin he says he will fight for the people of Dearborn.

Gerin heads to the general election in hopes of become a state representative for the 15th district.

But, If you think politics will pin him down, think again.

Gerin plans to continue wrestling while he campaigns.

"Wrestling is my job, you know sports entertainment. It's a passion of mine. It's a great vehicle where I can motivate and inspire people. Kids look up to me, adults look up to you and I wouldn't want to walk away from that now."
