Detroit Mercy will play host to Wayne State in a charity basketball game to help kids in Detroit.
Tickets only cost two dollars each and all proceeds go to help K-5 students in the Detroit Public School system.
The game is this Saturday at Calihan Hall at 7 p.m.
"This was a great event that was started last year between the two schools as both institutions are committed to giving back and helping the local community," Detroit Mercy athletic director Robert Vowels said in a release.
Michigan First Credit Union is matching the amount raised from the ticket sales' proceeds.
"With the help of a great partner in Michigan First Credit Union, the event was able to raise over $7,000 for Detroit Public Schools K-5 and we want that number to rise this season," Vowels added.
