Walled Lake Western continued their undefeated streak with a 34-31 win over rival Walled Lake Northern.
Northern scored 21 unanswered points to tie the game at 31, until Western kicker John Camilleri made a 35-yard field goal with 54 seconds left. Northern is now 4-2 on the season with the loss.
The game was also the annual "Warriors for Warriors charity event.
It started at Walled Lake Western in 2011, and is a pink football game to raise funds for cancer awareness. To learn more about the charity, visit warriorsforwarriors.net.
Next week, Northern takes on Walled Lake Lakeland while Western faces Walled Lake Central.
