DETROIT (WXYZ) -- Little Caesars Arena will host WWE's "Hell in a Cell" pay-per-view event on Sunday, October 8.
WWE made the announcement during Saturday night's live event at Joe Louis Arena. The announcement came on the same day the UFC announced it will hold its "UFC 218" pay-per-view event at Little Caesars Arena.
Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, August 4 at 10 a.m.
This will be the first WWE event at Little Caesars Arena, and the first WWE pay-per-view event in Detroit since "Night of Champions" at Joe Louis Arena in September 2013.
The 2017 edition of "Hell in a Cell" will feature the talent roster from "SmackDown Live."
