DETROIT (WXYZ) — The Mosaic Youth Theatre of Detroit is putting on a performance of Charles Dickens' classic "A Christmas Carol" this weekend only at the Detroit Institute of Arts.
It will play in the Detroit Film Theatre at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14 and 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15.
The production is adapted by Janet Ballard and Michael Bigelow Dixon with new arrangements of classic carols by DeLashea Strawder, Maurice Draughn and the Mosaic Singers. Under the direction of Andrew Huff, the cast includes over 60 young artists.
