A Detroit woman is using her experience in fashion to help busy women on a budget.
Tamela Tatum is opening a new type of salon that will help transform women from head to toe. It's called The Fashion Savvy Beauty Bar and it offers one-on-one consulting in hair, nails, body and apparel.
