Bigalora will host it's first ever Pizza Slam on October 14, 2018. The fun and run will run from 3 - 7 p.m.
Guests will be invited to take part in an epic showdown featuring, Chef James Rigato (Mabel Gray), Chef John Vermiglio (Grey Ghost), Chef Brad Greenhill (Takoi), and Chef Kate Williams (Lady of the House) all going against Bigalora's own Chef Luciano DelSignore.
Each chef will be provided with Bigalora's 72 hour fermented pizza dough and their mission is to create an amazing pizza. The winner(s) will be decided by celebrity judges and guests in attendance will vote for people's choice.
