ARMADA, MICH (WXYZ) — Blake Farms 2020 Lavender Market, which was scheduled for July 24-26, will not be held as a public three-day event as hoped. The decision was made in the interest of maintaining the health and safety of Blake’s guests and staff.
Instead, Blake’s will feature the popular limited-time lavender treats offered during Lavender Market, including ice cream, lemonade, cupcakes, as well as lavender-infused hard cider and beer, between July 20 and August 2 at Blake’s Cider Mill and Tasting Room in Armada.
In addition, Blake’s is still working on coordinating some DIY workshops, educational speakers, fitness activities which were scheduled for the Lavender Festival, at a limited capacity and reservation only basis. More details to come regarding that.
Refunds are in process for those who purchased advanced tickets.
More information will be announced through Blake’s Facebook [facebook.com] and Lavender Market [facebook.com] pages as well as at www.blakefarms.com [blakefarms.com].
