Celebrate the holiday season at the Winterfest Market in West Downtown Dearborn

DEARBORN, MICH (WXYZ) — Celebrate the holiday season at Downtown Dearborn's Winterfest Market in West Downtown Dearborn on Saturday, December 12, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., featuring photos with Santa and his reindeer, live entertainment, ice sculpting, select children's activities and over 30 artisan and craft vendors.

The West Dearborn Downtown Development Authority has secured a wide selection of Winterfest Market vendors with handcrafted body care products, wood and metal novelties, arts and crafts, handmade clothing, teas and coffees, baked goods and more to help shoppers check off items on their holiday shopping list.

West Downtown Dearborn festivities will be at Wagner Park on West Village Drive between Monroe and Mason Streets (near 1034 Monroe Street) in a large heated tent. Fire pits and warming areas will also create a festive feel to the occasion. This year's schedule of activities include:

10 a.m. - 12 p.m
● Free pics with Santa!
10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
● Artisans, makers & bakers selling unique gifts and treats, select children's activities
11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
● Live reindeer and photo opportunities
10 a.m. - 1 p.m. ● Breakfast with Santa outdoors at Modern Greek
10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. ● Aj Lynn performs holiday tunes
11 a.m. - 3 p.m. ● Live ice sculpting demos by students from Henry Ford College

Free public parking for the Winterfest Market is easily accessible in West Downtown at the Wagner parking deck on West Village Drive. Enter off either Mason or Monroe streets.
