DETROIT (WXYZ) — Clark Park Winter Carnival is being held on Saturday, February 15, in Southwest Detroit.
The free event is taking place from noon until 4 p.m. at the 1130 Clark street and will include food, petting zoo, ice skating, and much, much more.
