(WXYZ) — It’s a chance for families to get outside and help a good cause.
The Friends of the Rouge are holding its annual frog and toad survey. It helps document the health of the Rouge River Wetlands.
Sally Petrella, the volunteering program manager at Friends of the Rouge, joined 7 Action News to talk about the survey and some of the sound volunteers will be hearing.
There is a workshop for volunteers happening Saturday at 10 a.m. at therouge.org.
