(WXYZ) — Volunteers are needed to listen for frogs and toads and gauge the health of the wetlands in metro Detroit. The Friends of the Rouge is holding workshops for its frog and toad survey.
Sally Petrella, volunteer monitoring program manager for Friends of the Rouge joined 7 Action News to talk about the workshops.
Workshops are scheduled for:
Saturday, 10 a.m. to noon at the Livonia Civic Center Library, 32777 Five Mile Road
March, 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Plymouth District Library, 223 S. Main Street
