"Cabin fever cure!" Bundle up, grab your girlfriends and banish the winter blahs at Art Van Furniture in Novi (27775 Novi Road) on Sunday, January 24 from 6 to 9 p.m. for a free, fun 'Ladies Night Out.'
The event will feature over 25 metro Detroit entrepreneurs featured on 'Mom's a Genius' segments on WXYZ-TV Channel 7. JoAnne Purtan, WXYZ-TV anchor and host of the station's popular 'mompreneur' segments, will emcee the event.
Guests will be treated to complimentary food and wine, palm readings, and chair massages. The evening will also include a Pinterest craft, photo booth, DJ, dancing and prize giveaways. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to meet many of the 'Mom's a Genius' women who have been profiled on television, peruse their products and services, and gain inspiration about starting a home-based business.
'Ladies Night Out' guests are invited to check their closets for gently worn coats and bring them to the event as part of Operation Coat Check, an Art Van Furniture and St. Vincent de Paul Detroit community initiative. Donations are not required for admittance.
