Holy CHEESUS Pizza
Ingredients:
1 14oz-16oz dough 8oz Premium diced or shredded mozzarella
4oz Premium pizza sauce or marinara
4oz cubed fontina cheese
2oz shaved parmesan cheese
2oz grated pecorino romano
1 tsp coarse black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preheated oven to 450 degrees
1.) Stretch pizza dough to about 14” and place on pizza stone or cookie sheet
2.) Evenly spread cheese on top of pizza dough going as close to edge of crust as possible
3.) Top cheese with streaks of marinara and evenly spread fontina cubes on pizza
4.) Bake until golden brown or desired doneness
5.) Cut pizza into 8 slices and top with black pepper, grated pecorino, shaved parmesan, parsley, and olive oil
6.) Enjoy your pie
