Motown Museum to host activity-filled community event on April 25th

As a way to celebrate Motown Museum’s Founder's Day—a day honoring the late Motown Museum founder, Esther Gordy Edwards—the Museum will host a community event featuring a DJ, dance floor, food trucks, musical and spoken word performances and more on Wednesday, April 25.

Festivities will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Museum will also be offering Museum admission’s at half price for the day and the Detroit Police Department will be there throughout the event recruiting cadets.
