MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. (WXYZ) — A metro Detroit flower shop is taking its business outdoors ahead of Mother's Day.

Northern Lights Flowers in Madison Heights has transformed their parking lot at 12 Mile and Campbell to serve your flower and soon fresh vegetable needs.

There you can find a large assortment of flowers and pots to spruce up mom's place and even lift her spirits during the pandemic.

Workers are taking proper safety precautions by wearing masks and gloves, as well maintaining the six-feet social distance.

They are open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week no matter the weather.
