The Oakland County Pioneer and Historical Society presents its annual Old Fashioned Ice Cream Social on Saturday, July 28 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. rain or shine at the Pine Grove Historical Museum. It's located at 405 Cesar Chavez Avenue in Pontiac.
This event promises fun for the whole family and includes free ice cream and cake with admission, as well as tours of the Pine Grove Mansion, live music from the Peace Jubilee Press Band and the Pontiac-Waterford Big Chief Chorus; A vintage car display and a Curiosity Sale.
Admission is $7 per person or $15 for a family of up to five people. There is free secure parking on site. Pine Grove Historical Museum is a Blue Star Museum offering free admission to all service personnel with military ID.
