DETROIT, MICH (WXYZ) — Red Dunn Kitchen has two big events happening this weekend.
On Saturday, July 27, InQueueMusic is proud to share the first summer music pop up event tonight with performances by RJ Schauer, Lochaven , and American Idol Finalist Manny Torres!
Doors open at 6pm with the first performance starting at 7pm. Entry to this event is $10 Seating is limited, guests are encourage to bring lawn chairs or blankets. For this event you must be 21 or over.
Then come back on Sunday, July 28th , from 11a.m. – 3 p.m. possibly enjoy Brunch! Vintage vendors from around the metro area are coming together with their best wares. This event will support the Detroit Animal Care and Control (DACC) who will be on site with lots of fur babies and information about their wonderful organization. Proceeds of the vintage sale will be donated to the DACC and customers are encouraged to bring donations!!! Dog and cat food, collars, leashes.

2 eggs
2 ounces broccolini-blanched
1 oz peppers and onions-sauteed
2 oz mushrooms
1 oz cherry tomatoes
½ avocado
5 oz Yukon gold and sweet potato-parbaked
Salt and pepper to taste
Sautee your veg and potatoes in a pan until tender. Season to taste. At the same time cook eggs to preference. Bowl up the hash and top with eggs, garnish with avocado
