The largest and oldest annual studio glass exhibition in the world will be held inside the renowned Habatat Galleries in Royal oak.
Entitled GLASSTOPIA, the Invitational presents over 400 works of contemporary art glass by more than 100 artists from 26 different countries. The annual exhibition kicks off with a grand opening that is free and open to the public on Saturday, April 28 at 8 p.m. The exhibition continues through June 22, 2018. Habatat Galleries is located at 4400 Fernlee in Royal Oak.
The beloved glass event is the annual centerpiece of the world of contemporary art glass, attracting the finest artists in the medium as well as enthusiasts from around the world, including museum curators and collectors. Over 50 artists will be present at this year’s opening.
