COBO CENTER (WXYZ) — The North American Car, Truck and Utility of the Year have been unveiled at Cobo Center, kicking off the North American International Auto Show.
The Car of the Year is the Hyundai Genesis G70.
The Truck of the Year is the Ram 1500.
The Utility of the Year is the Hyundai Kona/Kona EV.
The finalist for the award were unveiled at the LA Auto Show. This year's car finalists are the Hyundai Genesis G70, Honda Insight and Volvo S60/V60. Truck finalists are the Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500 and the Ram 1500. SUV finalists are the Acura RDX, Hyundai Kona/Kona EV and Jaguar I-Pace.
Last year's winners were the Honda Accord, Lincoln Navigator and the Volvo XC60.
