(WXYZ) — Temperatures should drop into the mid 50s by tomorrow morning, which would make it the coolest in metro Detroit since June 23rd.
We've only dropped into the 50s once in July (59° on July 8th). The last time we were cooler than that was June 23rd (54°).
Today and tomorrow afternoon could also be the first days to stay below 80° in a month. The coolest day we've had in July this year is 81°.
