(WXYZ) — Michigan gas prices are down 2 cents compared to last week, AAA Michigan reports.
Drivers are now paying an average price of $2.13 per gallon for regular unleaded, 5 cents less than this time last month.
Motorists are paying an average of $32 for a full 15-gallon tank of gasoline.
“Gas prices are likely to fluctuate throughout the rest of the summer due to COVID-19 concerns,” said Adrienne Woodland, spokesperson, AAA-The Auto Club Group.
ompared to last week, Metro Detroit’s average daily gas price decreased slightly. Metro Detroit’s current average is $2.22 per gallon, 3 cents less than last week’s average.
