(WXYZ) — Heads up for drivers! Michigan State Police will be conducting two operations on Monday targeting drivers.
According to MSP, Operation Freeway of Love will continue on the Lodge Freeway from downtown Detroit to 8 Mile Road. They will be looking for excessive speeding, seatbelts, following too closely and other aggressive driving behaviors.

They also say they will continue increased presences for Operation Westside on I-96 near Middlebelt Rd. to look for drivers more likely to cause a traffic rash.

On Thursday, police say they made 165 total stops during the first Freeway of Love campaign with more than 150 traffic fines.
