TROY, Mich. (WXYZ) — A major ramp closure is expected to come to an end in Troy on Monday night.

According to the Michigan Department of Transportation, the northbound I-75 ramp to Big Beaver is expected to open on Monday night. That's dependent on the weather.

The ramp has been closed for months as part of the Modernize I-75 project. Crews worked to reconstruct the new ramp. It's part of phase two, which includes reconstructing the highway from 13 Mile to Coolidge.

The exit ramp to Rochester Road is still closed, and motorists can get off at either 14 Mile or now at Big Beaver to access Rochester Rd.
