(WXYZ) — Michigan State Police pulled over 265 people during enforcement on Ford Road this week, issuing nearly 300 tickets.
According to police, the patrols happened along Ford Rd. from Telegraph to Warren. In all, they issued 296 citations and 180 verbal warnings, with a majority for seatbelt violations.
The breakdown is:
– 265 stops
– 30 for speeding
– 133 for no seatbelt
– 31 for no insurance
– 18 for distracted driving
– 4 fugitive arrests
