REDFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) — Drivers along Telegraph Rd. in Redford Township will begin dealing with more construction as lane closures begin north of I-96 on Monday, Sept. 16
According ot MDOT, the next phase of the Telegraph Rd. bridge project will begin on Monday with lane closures on southbound US-24 from 5 Mile/Fenkell to I-96.
Starting Monday, two left lanes of the road will be closed for bridge work over the Tarabusi Creek. An upcoming 3-week closure of southbound US-24 will be announced as soon as the dates are scheduled.
Current lane closures on northbound Telegraph north of I-96, including the service drive, are expected to open by the end of September.
