DETROIT (WXYZ) — A new study revealed that Detroit is the city with the eighth most aggressive drivers in the United States.
GasBuddy revealed the top 10 cities with the most aggressive drivers, studying behavior like speeding, hard braking or accelerating.
GasBuddy compiled data from its Drives feature in the GasBuddy app, examining the top 30 metropolitan areas by population from Nov. 2018 to Feb. 2019, noting the frequency of an aggressive driving event.
Los Angeles and Philadelphia topped the list.
The study additionally found that the most aggressive day on the road is Friday and the least aggressive day is Wednesday. Also, the most frequent aggressive driving habit on weekdays is hard braking, followed by acceleration and speeding.
