(WXYZ) — It's the 25th year of the annual Woodward Dream Cruise!
The fun really kicks up a notch starting Friday, surrounding Saturday's main event.
If you've never been to the Dream Cruise, it's a sight to behold - classic cars as far as the eye can see, and what really sets this cruise and show apart is that it's not just high end cars. It's everything you've dreamt of since your childhood.
Steve Assenmacher, who's been to every one, said every year brings back fond memories.
"You're going to relive your childhood," he said.
The Performance Park Classic Car Show begins in Royal Oak on Friday, starting at noon and lasting until 7 p.m. In Ferndale, there is the official ribbon cutting on Friday at 5 p.m. And in Berkley, there is the Cruisefest Classic Car parade at 6:30 p.m., will all sorts of events for the kids and family.
We want to ask you: What is your favorite type of car to see at the Woodward Dream Cruise?
