TROY, Mich. (WXYZ) — Modernistic Cleaning in Troy is looking to hire cleaning technicians.
Full-time, part-time and day and evening shifts are available.
Workers can get hourly wage or commission, with salaries ranging between $32K and $75K per year. Positions are available for immediate start.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record and a "clean background."

· Ability to sell with confidence
· Computer literate (our technicians use tablets in the field)
· Experience and success in the sales field
· Previous experience in the cleaning and restoration industry
· IICRC Certifications in carpet, upholstery, tile, or water restoration
· NADCA certification
· Ability to rotate on call 24/7 for emergency services (when needed) and work weekends
