The organization said Buffy is 23 pounds and is a domestic medium hair mix. She's 9 years, 1 month old and is at the Howell Animal Shelter.
"Buffy is a gorgeous and spunky older lady on the search for her forever home! Buffy is a sweet, affectionate, and lazy girl. She loves to get lots of pets, hang out with people, or lounge happily on the couch or in the window soaking up the sun," Michigan Humane said in her profile.
Buffy did live with other dogs and cats and did well.
She does need to lose some weight,s o she's looking for a family that can provide lots of love while also helping her shed a few pounds.
Her backside is shaved because she had some matting.
