(WXYZ) — Three people died in a car crash early Wednesday morning on Detroit's east side.
Police say the accident occurred near the intersection of Gratiot and Novara at approximately 1:55 a.m.
Two people died at the scene and the third died after they were taken to the hospital.
Speed and reckless driving were a factor in the crash. Police continue to investigate.
